Cancer‐related pain: A bidirectional modulator of cancer progression

CRP and tumour progression engage in a dynamic, bidirectional circuit mediated by multiple mechanisms involving neuroimmunology and cancer ‐neuroscience. Analgesic interventions may affect tumour progression, while anticancer therapies can influence pain. Targeting pain in cancer may have promising therapeutic value in cancer progression.

Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LRPerfectus158 Alleviates Postinfectious Irritable Bowel Syndrome in Mice and Is Associated With Modulation of Hypothalamic–Pituitary–Adrenal Axis Activity

This study demonstrated that administration of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LRPerfectus158 significantly alleviated IBS‐like symptoms in a mouse model by attenuating visceral hypersensitivity, reducing intestinal inflammation, improving epithelial barrier function, and relieving anxiety‐like behaviors.
