ABSTRACT The E3 ubiquitin ligase tripartite motif 27 (TRIM27) is a negative regulator of NF‐κB activation and the innate immune response, and TRIM27 deficiency significantly impairs dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)‐induced colitis. The function of TRIM27 in intestinal epithelial cells (IECs), the mechanism by which TRIM27 inhibits the NF‐κB pathway and its

Targeting Supramolecular Active Complexes of Nav1.7/Nav1.8 to Relieve Chronic Neuropathic Pain
In mice and patients with severe chronic neuropathic pain (NP), Nav1.7, Nav1.8, TrkB, and five cytoskeletal proteins form supramolecular active complexes (SMACs) with polygonal lattice structures as noxious signal amplifiers in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons.

Implementing The Computer Readability Editing System (CRES)
This report describes how to implement the Computer Readability Editing System (CRES). As described in a previous TAEG report (No. 83), the CRES is a writer\u27s aid to improve the apprehensibility of technical manuals and training materials. It contains

METTL3‐mediated m6A modification stabilizes KDR/Kdr mRNA through YTHDC2, amplifying the VEGFA‐KDR feedback loop and disturbing Th17/Treg balance. This pathway promotes persistent inflammation and tissue damage in patients with AIT, and inhibiting the METTL3‐KDR axis effectively disrupts this circuit, alleviating thyroid tissue injury and disease ...

A novel cis-regulatory element regulates αD and αA-globin gene expression in chicken erythroid cells
BackgroundCis-regulatory elements (CREs) play crucial roles in regulating gene expression during erythroid cell differentiation. Genome-wide erythroid-specific CREs have not been characterized in chicken erythroid cells, which is an organism model used ...

ANKS1B in the nucleus accumbens plays a critical role in the transition from controlled to escalated cocaine intake. Mechanistically, ANKS1B interacts with CBP to epigenetically suppress FoxO3 through H3K27 acetylation. The ANKS1B‐CBP‐FoxO3 signaling cascade presents a novel theraputic target for the treatment of cocaine addiction.
