Prediction of Critical Heat Flux of Mixtures Flowing in Channels
Boiling of mixtures in channels is involved in many chemical processes, and refrigerant mixtures are finding a rapidly increasing use in the refrigeration industries. Hence, reliable prediction of CHF (critical heat flux) is needed. There is no published

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

An experimental study of critical heat flux with surface modification and its analytic prediction model development [PDF]
The critical heat flux (CHF) condition causes a drastic reduction of heat transfer coefficient and sometimes involves physical failure of the heating surface in heat flux-controlled systems.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
