Currently, Twin Screw Wet Granulation is considered an innovative technology enabling the pharmaceutical industry to transition from its characteristic conventional batch manufacturing to continuous manufacturing. The innovation of this promising manufacturing technology that sets it apart from other granulation types is its capability to integrate ...

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

In this study, a novel esterase from the thermoacidophilic archaeon Thermoplasma acidophilum was biochemically and structurally characterized. Our results demonstrate that Ta0887 is a highly thermostable esterase that preferentially hydrolyzes p‐nitrophenyl hexanoate and possesses an α‐helical cap domain that likely contributes to its substrate ...

Threonine 348 regulates the subcellular localization of PTEN
Thr348 in the C2 domain is a key contributor to PTEN subcellular localization. The PTEN350 fragment and PTENA4 accumulated in the nucleus, whereas PTENK13R,A4 predominantly localized to the plasma membrane. In contrast, substitution of Thr348 with Asp (T348D) disrupted these characteristic localization patterns, resulting in predominant cytoplasmic ...

Geometry & Mechanism: Material Metaphors and the Force of Uncertainty in Legal Thought
This essay takes up the metaphors through which realists and Critical Legal Studies scholars created an idea of legal formalism. These insistently material metaphors emphasized that the errors of so-called formalist jurisprudence arose from two things ...

BCG vaccination potentiates oxidative phosphorylation in neonatal myeloid‐derived suppressor cells
BCG vaccination enhances oxidative phosphorylation in neonatal MDSCs, impairing their immunosuppressive function. It upregulates electron transport chain genes and mitochondrial activity, increasing ATP and oxygen consumption. Pharmacological OXPHOS inhibition partially restores suppressive capacity, confirming causality.

EFFECTS OF ADDITIONAL QUALITY ATTRIBUTES ON CONSUMER WILLINGNESS-TO-PAY FOR FOOD LABELS [PDF]
Contingent valuation (CV), choice experiment (CE) and experimental auction (EA) or the combinations of the three methods are often used by researchers to elicit consumer willingness to pay for food attributes (food labels).

The neurokinin 1 receptor exists as full‐length (NK1L) and C‐terminally truncated (NK1S) splice variants. We show that NK1S heterodimerizes with NK1L, impairing Gαq coupling and Ca2+ mobilization while enhancing β‐arrestin1 recruitment. NK1S suppresses substance P‐driven gene expression and cell migration, revealing NK1S as an endogenous biased ...
