Critical path budgeting : a synthesis of budgeting and critical path scheduling
Critical Path Budgeting is introduced as an integrating tool for project planning, coordination, and control. Through a synthesis of budgeting and critical path scheduling, it is possible to treat the time and cost variables of a project explicitly. Thus,

Toward Fast Proton Shuttling in Acidic Oxygen Evolution Reaction
This review establishes proton transfer dynamics as a descriptor governing acidic OER activity, moving beyond the kinetic constraints derived from the proton coupled electron transfer. We discuss how deprotonation governs classical mechanisms, including adsorbate evolution mechanism (AEM), lattice oxygen mechanism (LOM) and oxide path mechanism (OPM ...

Twin Crystal Moiré Metasurfaces for Crossing Flat‐Band Transport
This study introduces twin crystal moiré metasurfaces, breaking in‐plane symmetry to enable reconfigurable acoustic wave manipulation. By adjusting the twin angle and interlayer twist angle, various combinations of hyperbolic, flat bands, and elliptic states can be synthesized in the system.

This work presents a programmable atomic engineering strategy for 2D materials using Å‐scale nanoreactors formed by bilayer graphene (BLG) intercalation. A new class of alkali‐iron‐chloride compounds, along with lateral heterostructures composed of monolayer alkali halides and iron chlorides, is revealed.

[The path of criticism and education].
In this paper critical reading is considered as the key method for the construction of knowledge. Its characteristics are analyzed in detail and some implications in medical education are emphasized. The outstanding characteristics of critical reading is the ability of the reader to selectively assimilate the information in the text.
