Investigation of NLO Properties of Pyridine Benzimidazole Derivatives: Ab-Initio Approach

open access: yesCumhuriyet Science Journal, 2018
Quantum chemical calculation analyses ofpyridine benzimidazole and their derivatives are done at HF/6-31+G(d) level ingas phase. Geometric parameters, IR spectrum, 1H- and 13C-NMRspectrum are calculated at HF/6-31+G(d) level in gas phase and examined ...

Forecasting the Dialysis Burden in Japan: Validation‐Based Projections of Prevalence and Incidence Through 2050

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Japan has one of the highest dialysis prevalence rates worldwide and a shrinking, aging population. Whether dialysis burden has entered a sustained post‐peak phase or whether recent declines partly reflect pandemic‐related disruptions remains uncertain.

Cohomology of Reynolds Lie Triple Systems and Applications

open access: yesAxioms
We establish a cohomology theory for Reynolds Lie triple systems by first developing their representation theory and then assembling the corresponding cochains into a suitable complex.

Crossed modules and Whitehead sequences [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Homotopy and Related Structures, 2016
We introduce the notion of Whitehead sequence which is defined for a base category together with a system of abstract actions over it. In the classical case of groups and group actions the Whitehead sequences are precisely the crossed-modules of groups.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Make architecture, teach technology

open access: yesArquitecno, 2020
“We consider architecture as a built fact" (built object) therefore, we are convinced that ''technological support allows us to overcome the limitations (limit) of the idea".

Further remarks on liftings of crossed modules

open access: yes, 2019
WOS: 000472752000012In this paper we define the notion of pullback lifting of a lifting crossed module over a crossed module morphism and interpret this notion in the category of group-groupoid actions as pullback action.

From simplicial homotopy to crossed module homotopy in modified categories of interest

open access: yes, 2020
We address the (pointed) homotopy of crossed module morphisms in modified categories of interest that unify the notions of groups and various algebraic structures.

Residual tail twisting in ascidian larvae is stabilized by asymmetric myofibrils that resist bilateral symmetry restoration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...
