Conserved binding mode but diverse interfaces of MreC‐PBP2 interactions
The crystal structure of abMreC reveals a conserved two β‐barrel architecture and provides structural insights into its role within the bacterial elongasome. The abMreC–abPBP2 complex model identifies the molecular basis of MreC‐mediated PBP2 recognition, contributing to the regulation of peptidoglycan synthesis.

This paper develops a systematic framework for coverings, actions, and quotient structures in cat1-groups. While cat1-groups are categorically equivalent to crossed modules and 2-groups, their explicit treatment via defining maps has remained limited. We

Internal crossed modules and Peiffer Condition [PDF]
Summary: In this paper we show that in a homological category in the sense of F. Borceux and D. Bourn, the notion of an internal precrossed module corresponding to a star-multiplicative graph, in the sense of G. Janelidze, can be obtained by directly internalizing the usual axioms of a crossed module, via equivariance.

Engineering peptides into antibodies—opportunities and strategies for therapeutic innovation
Peptides and antibodies occupy complementary therapeutic niches. Peptides recognize difficult targets in a compact format, while antibodies add specificity, long half‐life, and effector functions. This review examines strategies that merge both modalities—peptide grafting into loops, terminal and Fc fusions, and bioconjugation—highlighting how ...

Ligand‐dependent transcriptional heterogeneity in cell cycle gene expression delays G1/S entry
EGF and HRG induce distinct G1/S progression programs in ErbB2‐amplified BT474 breast cancer cells. Despite activating the potent ErbB2–ErbB3 heterodimer, HRG does not accelerate cell‐cycle entry. Instead, EGF promotes earlier restriction‐point passage via ERK–FOS signaling, whereas HRG activates the AKT–MYC axis, driving transcriptional heterogeneity ...

Braided equivariant crossed modules and cohomology of Γ-modules
If $Γ$ is a group, then braided $Γ$-crossed modules are classified by braided strict $Γ$-graded categorial groups. The Schreier theory obtained for $Γ$-module extensions of the type of an abelian $Γ$-crossed module is a generalization of the theory of $Γ$-module extensions.

Artificial molecular machines and motors—Design and control of nanoscale motion
Molecules are constantly moving because of thermal fluctuations, but random motion alone cannot be exploited to perform directional tasks. Artificial molecular machines use chemical, electrical, or light energy to bias this motion. Molecular shuttles, rotary motors, and supramolecular pumps illustrate how nanoscale movement can be controlled and ...

Pseudo three crossed modules [PDF]
Bu çalışmada Inasaridze tarafından tanımlanan pseudosimplisel grupların homotopi gruplarını göz önünde bulundurarak Pseudo 3- çaprazlanmış modül yapısı oluşturmaktır.3 çarpım modülünü, 1 çarpım modülü ve 2 çarpım modülü ile açıklamaya çalışıyoruz. Çarpım

On Commutativity Degree of Crossed Modules
In this paper, we define and study the notion of commutativity degree of finite crossed modules. We shall state some results concerning commutativity degree of crossed modules and obtain some upper and lower bounds for commutativity degree of finite crossed modules.

3-Types of simplicial groups and braided regular crossed modules
In this work, we explain the relations among braided regular crossed modules, simplicial groups, 2-crossed modules, quadratic modules and crossed squares, and the role of hyper-crossed complex pairings in these structures. Copyright © 2007, International
