Smaller is better: nanobodies meet NMR
Nanobodies are single‐domain antigen‐binding fragments derived from camelid heavy chain antibodies. Their small size, high stability, and exceptional specificity make nanobodies uniquely useful probes for NMR studies of protein dynamics, transient conformational states, and protein–protein interactions.

(Co)homology of crossed modules with coefficients in a $\pi_1$-module [PDF]
We define a cotriple (co)homology of crossed modules with coefficients in a $π_1$-module. We prove its general properties, including the connection with the existing cotriple theories on crossed modules. We establish the relationship with the (co)homology of the classifying space of a crossed module and with the cohomology of groups with operators.

Membrane composition and thermodynamic identity as boundaries of life for synthetic cell research
What makes a cell a cell? The boundary of a living cell is not just a wall. Read as a Markov blanket, the membrane separates internal from external states, generating identity and non‐equilibrium order. Can this identity be rebuilt from scratch in a synthetic cell?

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Let \(R\) be either a division ring or a left Noetherian simple ring of Krull dimension 1. Suppose that \(G\) is a supersolvable group and \(C=R*G\) a crossed product. Assume that \(C\) is a simple right Ore domain. Then any left ideal of \(C\) is stably 2-generated, any left stably free module of rank \(\geq 2\) is free.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Abelian Extensions of Modified λ-Differential Left-Symmetric Algebras and Crossed Modules
In this paper, we define a cohomology theory of a modified λ-differential left-symmetric algebra. Moreover, we introduce the notion of modified λ-differential left-symmetric 2-algebras, which is the categorization of a modified λ-differential left ...

We show that emergence of castration‐resistant prostate (CRPC) is associated with significant upregulation of cyclins that positively regulate cyclin‐dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and concomitant downregulation of CDK4 cyclins. This renders CRPC cells dependent on the high activity of CDK2, and CDK2 inhibitors synergistically sensitize CRPC cells to both ...

Cohomology and Crossed Modules of Modified Rota–Baxter Pre-Lie Algebras
The goal of the present paper is to provide a cohomology theory and crossed modules of modified Rota–Baxter pre-Lie algebras. We introduce the notion of a modified Rota–Baxter pre-Lie algebra and its bimodule.
