CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

On the Number of MUSs Crossing a Position
A string $w$ is said to be a minimal unique substring (MUS) of a string $T$ if $w$ occurs exactly once in $T$, and any proper substring of $w$ occurs at least twice in $T$. It is known that the number of MUSs in a string $T$ of length $n$ is at most $n$, and that the set $MUS(T)$ of all MUSs in $T$ can be computed in $O(n)$ time [Ilie and Smyth, 2011].

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
