A new, improved version of a cosmic crystallography method for constraining cosmic topology is introduced. Like the circles-in-the-sky method using CMB data, we work in a thin, shell-like region containing plenty of objects.

Abstract Herein, we present the first light‐mediated, diastereoselective de novo synthesis for 2,3‐substituted indolines, a privileged scaffold in pharmaceuticals. The protocol was tested with various aryl and alkyl groups, maintaining high yields up to 85% across different substituents.

This review synthesizes current understanding of post‐translational modifications (PTMs) in ciliary proteins and emphasizes their roles in ciliary formation, homeostasis, and signaling. An Engineered Soluble Single‐Chain TCR Engager for KRAS‐G12V Specific Tumor Immunotherapy
This study develops a dimeric T cell receptor engager protein specific for tumor KRAS‐G12V mutation. The engager proteins are capable of mediating the formation of synapse between T cell and tumor cell and demonstrate substantial tumor suppression efficacy.
