The Additional Symmetries for the BTL and CTL Hierarchies

open access: yes, 2011
The Toda lattice (TL) hierarchy was first introduced by K.Ueno and K.Takasaki in \cite{uenotaksasai} to generalize the Toda lattice equations\cite{toda}. Along the work of E. Date, M. Jimbo, M. Kashiwara and T.

Engineering Osteoimmune Responses with Functionalized Orthopedic Implants for Post‐Operative Osteosarcoma Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone tumor with limited treatment options and a terrible prognosis. This review provides a comprehensive summary of the recent development of osteoimmunomodulatory implants for post‐operative osteosarcoma treatment, of which the potential utility in evoking durable anti‐osteosarcoma immunity and accelerating bone

Implementing the Simple Biosphere Model (SiB) in a general circulation model: Methodologies and results [PDF]

open access: yes
The Simple Biosphere MOdel (SiB) of Sellers et al., (1986) was designed to simulate the interactions between the Earth's land surface and the atmosphere by treating the vegetation explicitly and relistically, thereby incorporating biophysical controls on

NAD+‐Dependent Enzyme SIRT3 Limits Intestinal Epithelial Cell Functions Through NAD+ Synthesis Pathway in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Microbiota‐derived quinolinic acid is used as an alternative source of replenishing the intracellular NAD+ pool induced by SIRT3 deficiency to regulate intestinal epithelial cell and T cell function, which has implications for targeting intestinal epithelial cells as an approach to the treatment of immune‐associated diseases, including colorectal ...

A Rationally Engineered Spleen‐Tropic One‐Component Lipid‐mRNA Complex (OncoLRC) for Cancer Vaccines

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
OncoLRC, a one‐component lipid‐mRNA complex, enables efficient spleen‐targeted delivery at an exceptionally low lipid‐to‐mRNA mass ratio (1.5:1), robustly activates immune responses, inhibits tumor growth, and synergizes with checkpoint blockade, presenting a next‐generation platform for mRNA vaccines.

On relating CTL to Datalog

open access: yes, 2005
CTL is the dominant temporal specification language in practice mainly due to the fact that it admits model checking in linear time. Logic programming and the database query language Datalog are often used as an implementation platform for logic ...

Interleukin-10 containing normal human serum inhibits granzyme B release but not perforin release from alloreactive and EBV-specific T cell clones [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Interleukin-10 (IL-10), also known as cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor, has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. It is capable of inhibiting synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines like interferon γ (IFNγ), IL-2, IL-3,

Spatial Profiling Reveals Distinct Molecular and Immune Evolution of Mouse Lung Adenocarcinoma Precancers with or Without Carcinogen Exposure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor evolution in lung adenocarcinoma is shaped by genetic alterations and spatial immune dynamics. By integrating whole‐exome sequencing, imaging mass cytometry, and spatial transcriptomics across two mouse models, this study reveals how mutational burden, immune infiltration, and cell–state interactions evolve during early and late carcinogenesis ...

Targeting the Notch1‐YY1‐ICAM1 Signaling Axis Enhances the Efficacy of Immunotherapy in HCC by Activating CD8+ T‐Cell‐Driven Cancer Cell Pyroptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), aberrantly activated Notch1 signaling induces its target gene YY1, which impairs immunotherapy efficacy by suppressing tumor cell‐ICAM1‐driven T cell activation and the mediated pyroptosis of T cells against tumor cells.
