Vibration-insensitive fiber-optic current sensor
Optics Letters, 1993The measurement of the electric current with an optical fiber sensor can be made insensitive to external vibrations that act on the leading fiber by using a circuit involving a mirrored Faraday rotator and a highly twisted low-birefringence fiber. A description of the optical configuration as well as our first experimental results are presented.

Harmonic analysis of current waveforms using optical current sensor

Research on the magneto-optic current sensor for high-current pulses
Review of Scientific Instruments, 2008A new magneto-optic current sensor with a dual-orthogonal configuration is proposed and demonstrated, which can resolve the problem which value of high-current pulses is ambiguous from the Faraday rotation in the conventional magneto-optic current sensor.
