Effect of superposed horizontal and vertical curves on curve performance of single-axle forced-steering bogies

open access: yes机车电传动
Trains running on sections with overlapped vertical and horizontal curves are affected by both vertical and horizontal centrifugal forces, resulting in more complicated wheel-rail interactions compared to operation on horizontal curves alone.

Study on Curve Passing Capacity of Independent Wheelset on Light Rail Vehicles

open access: yes机车电传动, 2019
Aiming at the application of independent wheelset in light rail vehicles, a new structure of independent wheelset, which combined planetary differential and lower axle, was studied. The structure could improve the steering ability of independent wheelset.

Research on the selection of rotation stopping block’s arrangement for single-type low-floor tram

open access: yes机车电传动, 2022
Single-type low-floor trams have been widely used in the construction of urban light rail transit in recent years. As a common component of low-floor trams, the rotation stopping block can limit the relative swing angle range between the car body and the

Transcriptional profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles from prebiopsy prostate cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Research on dynamic performance of differential-coupled wheelsets in modern trams

open access: yes机车电传动
Traditional rigid wheelsets suffer from hunting instability, while independent wheelsets demonstrate inadequacies in both automatic resetting and guiding performance on curves.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Design of Broad Gauge Locomotive Transporter Bogie and Its Dynamics Analysis

open access: yes机车电传动, 2012
Technic characteristic of the bogie for one exported broad gauge locomotive was introduced. Dynamic model of the locomotive transporter was established based on SIMPACK software, laying stress on analyzing how the yaw damper and parameter variation of ...

DNA methylation and expression of MAPRE3 affect overall survival of early‐stage non‐small cell lung cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.
