Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Making of wing models by tangent-milling [PDF]
Wings whose surfaces arc developable have been milled on a jig-borer at the National Aeronautical Laboratory, Bangalore, employing tangential milling. In this process, the Wing cross-section is approximated by a polygon which can be smoothened by hand ...

The impact of tool selection on back and wrist injury risk in tying steel reinforcement bars: a single case experiment [PDF]
The paper explores the risk of work-related musculoskeletal injury in tying steel reinforcement bars. Three tools are compared to determine the extent to which ergonomic tools can reduce the risk of injury to the back and wrist in steel-tying.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Research on Cutting Load and Heat Generation Law of PDC Wearing Cutter
At present, there is no further researches on the cutting load and heat generation of worn PDC cutter under different front rake angles and different wear grades. For this reason, single cutter cutting tests are used to verify the relevant performance of

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...
