ABSTRACT Orthogonal translation systems (OTSs) enable site‐specific incorporation of non‐canonical amino acids (ncAAs) and are central to genetic code expansion. Current engineering strategies typically rely on hyperstable aminoacyl tRNA synthetase (aaRS) scaffolds to tolerate destabilizing mutations required for substrate diversification.

[6 + 2] AND [4 + 2] CYCLOADDITION REACTION OF DIPHENYLKETENE AND CYCLOHEPTATRIENE [PDF]
The cycloaddition reaction of diphenylketene and cycloheptatriene is studied. The reaction proceeds via a highly asynchronous reaction path to the zwitterionic 6 as intermediate. Subsequent CC- bond formation yields 8, 8 diphenylbicyclo [4. 2. I] nona-2,

The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.

This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.
