[Cycloferon use in complex therapy of children with salmonellosis and yersiniosis infection].

The efficacy of cycloferon in complex therapy of salmonellosis and yersiniosis in children (n=220) was investigated under clinical and laboratory conditious. It was shown, that cycloferon had direct and indirect immunotropic action in salmonellosis and yersiniosis in children.

Dose-dependent interferonogenic activity and pharmacokinetics of cycloferon--a low-molecular inductor of interferon--have been studied in a group of 35 healthy volunteers. It is established that cycloferon induces the production of early alpha-IFN within 24 h from the moment of drug introduction.
