Animal Research and One Health, EarlyView. The bioactive substances we extracted from Lycium barbarum residue (LBR) have a typical polysaccharide structure. When 1.80% LBR was used to replace maize in the diet, the average daily gain of rossbred Simmental was significantly increased, and anti‐inflammatory ability was improved. In addition, LBR improved the fecal microbial composition, increased Kun Cai, Mingtan Li, Lihang He, Ning Ma, Haoyu Liu, Chi Xu, Xianhua Wu, Zeguang Xing, Qian Xing, Yuankai Qu, Xi Ma +10 morewiley +1 more sourceDigital Biomarkers of Cytokine Release Syndrome: Scoping Review and Ontology Development of the Role and Relevance of Digital Measures Using a Mixed Methods Approach.

Animal Research and One Health, EarlyView.A schematic workflow illustrating the screening of disease‐resistant miRNAs and the generation of miRNA‐based disease‐resistant chickens via PGC‐mediated germline genome editing. ABSTRACT
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are emerging as pivotal regulators of the immune system, playing a decisive role in shaping disease resistance in chicken.Qiangzhou Wang, Weiran Wu, Qingqing Cai, Jiaxing Wang, Qi Gao, Muhammad Iftikhar, Yulin Bi, Hao Bai, Lihong Gu, Guobin Chang, Shihao Chen +10 morewiley +1 more sourceMucosal‐Associated Invariant T Cells in Rheumatic Diseases
Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Mucosal‐associated invariant T (MAIT) cells are innate‐like T cells defined by their semi‐invariant T cell receptor and restriction by the major histocompatibility complex class I–related molecule (MR1). These cells are primarily activated by microbial‐derived metabolites presented by MR1 or by cytokines.Manon Lesturgie‐Talarek, Virginie Gonzalez, Lucie Beaudoin, Noémie Sénot, Corinne Miceli‐Richard, Yannick Allanore, Agnès Lehuen, Jerôme Avouac +7 morewiley +1 more sourceAmerican College of Rheumatology Guidance Statement for Diagnosis and Management of VEXAS Developed by the International VEXAS Working Group Expert Panel
Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Objective
Vacuoles E1 enzyme X‐linked autoinflammatory somatic syndrome (VEXAS) is a recently identified rare genetic disorder associated with somatic mutations in the UBA1 gene. VEXAS presents with a combination of inflammatory and hematologic manifestations, leading to increased morbidity and mortality.Arsene Mekinian, Sophie Georgin‐Lavialle, Marcela A.
