Effects of Low Calorie Sweetener D‐psicose on Lipid Metabolism in Rats
The FASEB Journal, 2017This study aimed to investigate the effect of new generation low calorie sweetener D‐psicose on body weight management and lipid metabolism of rats compared with other traditional dietary carbohydrates. Five groups of Wistar rats were administrated with diets containing 5% of glucose, fructose, cellulose and D‐psicose for 4 weeks, respectively.
