We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae. Crystalized SgUGT73AM30 further reveals the regioselectivity mechanism underlying its catalytic activity.

DAF-18/PTEN inhibits germline zygotic gene activation during primordial germ cell quiescence.
Quiescence, an actively-maintained reversible state of cell cycle arrest, is not well understood. PTEN is one of the most frequently lost tumor suppressors in human cancers and regulates quiescence of stem cells and cancer cells.

A multilayer stretchable organic light‐emitting diode (SOLED) patch enables conformal, high‐fill‐factor phototherapeutic illumination through vertically decoupled electrodes and robust encapsulation. The textile‐based SOLED platform delivers stable skin‐contact red light for wearable phototherapy and 5‐aminolevulinic acid (ALA)‐mediated photodynamic ...

The somatic reproductive tissues of C. elegans promote longevity through steroid hormone signaling. [PDF]
In Caenorhabditis elegans and Drosophila melanogaster, removing the germline precursor cells increases lifespan. In worms, and possibly also in flies, this lifespan extension requires the presence of somatic reproductive tissues.

Porcine kidney xenotransplantation: From primate models to clinical reality
In the face of a critical shortage of human donor kidneys for end‐stage renal disease patients, porcine kidney xenotransplantation has emerged as a viable solution. This field has navigated major hurdles, including immune rejection, physiological incompatibilities, potential biomechanical differences and the risk of cross‐species infection. To overcome

p38 MAPK regulates expression of immune response genes and contributes to longevity in C. elegans.
The PMK-1 p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway and the DAF-2-DAF-16 insulin signaling pathway control Caenorhabditis elegans intestinal innate immunity.

Abstract While large language models (LLMs) have shown promise as learning tools for medical education, their reported accuracy on multiple‐choice questions (MCQs) varies widely across studies, necessitating synthesis. This meta‐analysis synthesizes LLM accuracy on text‐based MCQs from biomedical disciplines and USMLE Step 1‐level content and explores ...

Research on Vehicle-bridge Coupling DAF of Straddle-type MTT Based on Elastic Net Regression
ObjectiveThe straddle-type MTTS (monorail tour transit system) is classified as large-scale amusement facilities. Currently, there is relatively limited theoretical research on the vehicle-bridge coupling DAF(dynamic amplification factors) of MTTS, and ...
