A Compact Resistively Loaded Metamaterial Absorber for 2.4 GHz RF Energy Harvesting With Impedance‐Matched Rectifier Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A compact resistively loaded metamaterial absorber captures RF energy at 2.4 GHz and directs most of the accepted power to modeled loads. The resonant response is confirmed experimentally for the fabricated absorber, while an impedance‐matched rectifier is evaluated through simulation. The stage‐wise results distinguish absorber, rectifier, and cascade

Dynamic Landau–Khalatnikov Modeling of Ferroelectric Hafnium–Zirconium Oxides Across Volatile and Non‐Volatile Switching

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Compositionally engineered hafnium–zirconium oxide capacitors are described by an extended Landau–Khalatnikov framework incorporating inertial and nonlinear damping terms. The unified model captures ferroelectric and volatile regimes within a single material platform, linking free‐energy landscapes to circuit‐level behavior.

Parametric Analysis of Spiking Neurons in 16 nm Fin Field‐Effect Transistor Technology

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Energy efficient computing has driven a shift toward brain‐inspired neuromorphic hardware. This study explores the design of three distinct silicon neuron topologies implemented in 16 nm fin field‐Effect transistor technology. While the Axon‐Hillock design achieves gigahertz throughput, its functional fragility persists. The Morris–Lecar model captures
