ABSTRACT Molnupiravir is an orally administered prodrug of β‐D‐N4‐hydroxycytidine (NHC) that is conditionally approved in China for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID‐19 in nonhospitalized adults at high risk of disease progression. Molnupiravir is rapidly absorbed and hydrolyzed to deliver NHC into systemic circulation.

Integrative Analysis of TLS-Associated Gene Signatures, Immune Infiltration and Drug Sensitivity in Pancreatic Cancer. [PDF]

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) has high lethality because of chemo‐resistance and an immunosuppressive microenvironment. The study selected nine TLS‐related genes and analysed the TLS status in patients with PAAD. High TLS scores were linked to better survival, enhanced immune cell infiltration and increased chemosensitivity.
