De‐Escalation of Neoadjuvant Treatment for HER2‐Positive Breast Cancer
ABSTRACT With improved prognosis in early HER2‐positive breast cancer, safely de‐escalating treatment is increasingly investigated to minimize overtreatment. This article focuses on neoadjuvant de‐escalation strategies for HER2‐positive breast cancer.

ABSTRACT Background Respiratory motion artifacts impair diagnostic accuracy in gadoxetic acid disodium (Gd‐EOB‐DTPA)‐enhanced liver MRI. Conventional verbal pre‐scan breathing training often yields inconsistent patient cooperation and image quality, creating an urgent clinical need for optimized training methods.

ABSTRACT Background MR cytometry imaging is developed to characterize in vivo microstructures. Its clinical value in predicting pathological complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for breast cancer remains unknown. Purpose To implement MR cytometry to predict pCR for breast cancer and compare the performance of different ...

Low latency and generalizable dynamic MRI via L+S alternating gradient descent and minimization
Abstract Background Dynamic MRI reconstruction often requires accurate, fast, and low‐latency algorithms that generalize across multiple applications, sampling schemes, and rates, without problem‐specific parameter tuning. Existing methods either lack generalizability or require extensive parameter adjustment.

Evaluation of quantitative accuracy in 4D DCE‐bCT: Insights from a perfusion phantom study
Abstract Background Four‐dimensional dynamic contrast‐enhanced breast CT (4D DCE‐bCT) provides submillimeter spatial resolution and temporal sampling within seconds, offering potential for improved perfusion assessment in breast cancer. Its quantitative accuracy, however, must be validated.

Data-driven mapping of hypoxia-related tumor heterogeneity using DCE-MRI and OE-MRI
Purpose: Previous work has shown that combining dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE)-MRI and oxygen-enhanced (OE)-MRI binary enhancement maps can identify tumor hypoxia.

Combined ADC and T2 Mapping in the Prostate Using a 3D Reduced FOV Sequence
ABSTRACT Purpose To develop a 3D reduced FOV sequence for combined ADC and T2 mapping in the prostate in a single scan. Methods A 3D ADC and T2 mapping reduced FOV acquisition is enabled using T2 and diffusion preparation modules with slab‐selective tip‐down pulses and magnitude stabilizer gradients.
