Mechanical Force Storage and Reprogramming Hydrogel for Scarless Repair of Sports Joint Wounds
Inspired by the energy conversion of tendons, the “energy transit station” hydrogel is designed. The hydrogel not only shields stress concentration in sports injuries, but also reprograms energy forms to provide reasonable biomimetic contraction for wounds.

Microlensing Constraints on the Stellar and Planetary Mass Functions
The mass function (MF) of isolated objects measured by microlensing consists of both a stellar and a planetary component. We compare the microlensing MFs of A. Gould et al. and T. Sumi et al. to other measurements of the MF. The abundance of brown dwarfs

Molecular Insights into Fungal Glycosylphosphatidylinositol Transamidase Complex
The glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) biosynthesis pathway is critical for antifungal drug development. This study reports three cryo‐electron microscopy structures of fungal GPI transamidase (GPIT), captured in two substrate‐bound states and a novel dimeric assembly.

A Data-driven Search For Mid-infrared Excesses Among Five Million Main-sequence FGK Stars
Stellar infrared excesses can indicate various phenomena of interest, from protoplanetary disks to debris disks, or (more speculatively) techno-signatures along the lines of Dyson spheres.

Microglial lipid metabolic dysfunction drives neurodegeneration in glaucoma. We found loss of LRP1 causes lipid accumulation and inflammation. We developed alpinetin‐loaded nanoparticles (AlpNPs) that bind LRP1, activate the PPARγ‐LXRα‐ABCA1 pathway to restore lipid homeostasis, promote an anti‐inflammatory phenotype, and protect retinal ganglion cells,

On the Relationship Between Debris Disks and Planets [PDF]
Dust in debris disks is generated by collisions among planetesimals. The existence of these planetesimals is a consequence of the planet formation process, but the relationship between debris disks and planets has not been clearly established.

The present study investigates a cone‐specific STX3 knockout model, displaying a complete loss of cone function, a later onset reduction in rod function, and photoreceptor cell death. A cone‐specific depletion of STXBP1 and ARR4 could be observed in this model.

We study the stability of a hot saturated gas coexisting with condensed particles in an optically thin medium. Such a situation may be obtained downstream of a shock, at condensation fronts, or in vaporizing impacts. We show that the gas–particle mixture
