Optimal evolution models for quantum tomography
The research presented in this article concerns the stroboscopic approach to quantum tomography, which is an area of science where quantum Physics and linear algebra overlap.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

The Yin and Yang of High Energy Chromodynamics: Scattering in Black and White
We further discuss the QCD Reggeon field theory (RFT) as it emerges from the JIMWLK/KLWMIJ evolution equation and beyond. We give an explicit expression for the calculation of scattering amplitude in terms of the eigenstates of the RFT Hamiltonian.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Two-Scale Homogenization of Non-Linear Degenerate Evolution Equations
Using the notion of two-scale convergence developed by Allaire, the homogenization of a degenerate nonlinear evolution equation with periodically oscillating coefficients is presented. A two-scale homogenized system is obtained as the limit of the periodic problem.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Existence of solutions to an evolution p-Laplacian equation with a nonlinear gradient term
We study the evolution p-Laplacian equation with the nonlinear gradient term $$ {u_t} = \hbox{div} (a(x){| {\nabla u} |^{p - 2}}\nabla u) -B(x)|\nabla u|^q, $$ where $a(x), B(x)\in C^1(\overline{\Omega})$, p>1 and p>q>0.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Motivated by the possibility that the fundamental ``constants'' of nature could vary with time, this paper considers the long term evolution of white dwarf stars under the combined action of proton decay and variations in the gravitational constant ...
