Characterization of the Double Bond Conversion of Acrylic Resins for 3D Printing of Dental Prostheses [PDF]
Characterization of the double bond conversion of acrylic resins is considered critical in the evaluation of dental materials due to the propensity of end-use devices to accumulate residual monomer and degradation products that can cause local and ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Design Guidelines for Impact Mechanical Frequency Up-Conversion Piezoelectric Energy Harvesters [PDF]
Vibration energy harvesters based on the impact mechanical frequency up-conversion technique utilize an impactor, which gains kinetic energy from low frequency ambient environmental vibrations, to excite high frequency systems tuned to efficiently ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Battery Levels of a Light Emitting Diode Unit Affects the Properties of Various Flowable Composites
Background: The battery levels may affect the light intensity of light-emitting diode (LED) curing units which can, indeed, directly influence the various properties of composite resins that are polymerized by light activation. Thus, this study aimed to
