Delay-dependent stability analysis for time delay system
2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation, 2008An improved delay-dependent asymptotic stability condition for systems with time-varying delay in terms of a strict linear matrix inequality (LMI) is presented. Two slack matrix variables are introduced in the derivative of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional in order to reduce conservatism in existing delay-dependent stability conditions.

On delay dependent stability for linear neutral systems
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2000Abstract This paper focuses on the problem of uniform asymptotic stability of a class of linear neutral systems. The delays are assumed to be unknown, but constant. Sufficient conditions for delay-dependent stability are given in terms of the existence of symmetric and positive definite solutions of some linear matrix inequalities.

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2001Abstract Necessary and sufficient conditions for the delay dependent stability of a linear difference-delay equation are derived. In particular, the delay dependent stability of a scalar delay delay system is related to the existence of a positive Markov parameter sequence for an associated fixed second order system.
