[Research Advances in the Porcine Deltacoronavirus].
Bing du xue bao = Chinese journal of virology, 2016The deltacoronavirus is a new member of the subfamily Coronaviridae of the family Coronaviridae. Deltacoronaviruses can infect birds and mammals. Deltacoronaviruses were detected in early 2007 in Asian leopard cats and Chinese ferret badgers. In 2014, porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) infection spread rapidly in the USA.

Evaluation of the immunoprotective effects of porcine deltacoronavirus subunit vaccines
VirologyPorcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV), a new porcine enteric coronavirus, has seriously endangered the pig breeding industry and caused great economic losses. However, a PDCoV vaccine is not commercially available. Therefore, new and efficient PDCoV vaccines must be developed without delay.

GRP78 interacts with the Nsp3 of porcine deltacoronavirus and inhibits viral replication
Veterinary MicrobiologyPorcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) is an important intestinal coronavirus, which has caused large economic losses to the global pig industry. Endoplasmic reticulum chaperone protein (GRP78) is involved in viral infection replication and regulates the homeostasis of host cells during pathogen infection.

Engineering of recombinant porcine deltacoronavirus stably expressing foreign gene
Veterinary MicrobiologyPorcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) is an emerging enteric virus characterized by high viral titers, strong immunogenicity, and broad host tropism, making it a promising candidate for developing vaccine vectors and foreign gene expression platforms. However, key aspects such as its transcription regulatory sequence (TRS) usage, reliable insertion sites ...
