Upon JEV infection, ZNF33B recruits METTL14 to stabilize the METTL3‐METTL14 m6A methyltransferase complex, leading to increased m6A modification of host transcripts, including Trim25 mRNA. ZNF33B selectively binds m6A‐modified sites on Trim25 mRNA and accelerates its decay, resulting in reduced TRIM25 protein abundance.

The terpinolene + BMDB association caused severe midgut damage, increased apoptosis, reduced proliferation, and immune suppression in Ae. aegypti larvae, indicating that sublethal effects, despite higher LC50, compromise larval recovery and represent a promising strategy for integrated vector management.

A 28‐year‐old woman with loculated exudative pleural effusion was diagnosed with SLE and lupus nephritis fulfilling EULAR/ACR criteria, treated with pigtail drainage, corticosteroids, and hydroxychloroquine, with good recovery.
