Generative Adversarial Neural Networks for Denoising Coherent Multidimensional Spectra
Ultrafast spectroscopy often involves measuring weak signals and long data acquisition times. Spectra are typically collected as a “pump-probe” spectrum by measuring differences in intensity across laser shots.

Distribution Conditional Denoising: A Flexible Discriminative Image Denoiser
A flexible discriminative image denoiser is introduced in which multi-task learning methods are applied to a densoising FCN based on U-Net. The activations of the U-Net model are modified by affine transforms that are a learned function of conditioning inputs.

Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Adaptive anatomical preservation optimal denoising for radiation therapy daily MRI
Low-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has recently been integrated with radiation therapy systems to provide image guidance for daily cancer radiation treatments. The main benefit of the low-field strength is minimal electron return effects.

Joint Image Denoising with Gradient Direction and Edge-Preserving Regularization
Joint image denoising algorithms use the structures of the guidance image as a prior to restore the noisy target image. While the provided guidance images are helpful to improve the denoising performance, the denoised edges are most likely to be blurred ...

A clustering based denoising technique for range images of time of flight cameras
A relatively new technique for measuring the 3D structure of visual scenes is provided by time of flight (TOF) cameras. Reflections of modulated light waves are recorded by a parallel pixel array structure.
