Superstability of derivations on Banach ∗-algebras

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2017
In this paper, we show that approximate derivations on Banach ∗-algebras are exactly derivations and also show that approximate quadratic ∗-derivations on Banach ∗-algebras are exactly quadratic ∗-derivations by the fixed point theorem.

Derived Brackets [PDF]

open access: yesLetters in Mathematical Physics, 2004
We survey the many instances of derived bracket construction in differential geometry, Lie algebroid and Courant algebroid theories, and their properties. We recall and compare the constructions of Buttin and Vinogradov, and we prove that the Vinogradov bracket is the skew-symmetrization of a derived bracket.

Organoids in pediatric cancer research

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

A STUDY OF DERIVATIONS AND LINEAR MAPPINGS ON SKEW GENERALIZED POWER SERIES MODULES

open access: yesBarekeng
This paper investigates the structure of skew generalized power series modules over skew generalized power series rings, emphasizing the extension of derivations in this context. We define and study additive mappings that generalize classical derivations

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Remarks on second-order quadratic systems in algebras

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2017
This paper is an addendum to our earlier paper [8], where a systematic study of quadratic systems of second order ordinary differential equations defined in commutative algebras was presented.

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

On Prime Rings with Derivations

open access: yesAxioms
This paper identifies all derivations associated with two well-known non-commutative prime rings and provides some remarks on one of these derivations, called the prime derivation.

Strong commutativity preserving derivations on Lie ideals of prime Γ-rings [PDF]

open access: yesMathematica Moravica, 2019
Let M be a Γ-ring and S ⊆ M. A mapping f : M → M is called strong commutativity preserving on S if [f(x), f(y)]α = [x, y]α, for all x, y ∈ S, α ∈ Γ. In the present paper, we investigate the commutativity of the prime Γ-ring M of characteristic not 2 with
