Successful Application of the Mast Cell Activation Test in Immediate Hypersensitivity to Amoxicillin

Non‐invasive scalp tape‐strip RNA sequencing captures core immune and follicular molecular signatures in alopecia areata. Tape‐strip transcriptomic profiles reflect disease severity and treatment response to baricitinib, with concordance to scalp biopsy‐derived signatures.

Ultra‐Processed Food Consumption and Childhood Allergic Diseases: Increased Risk of Asthma Onset in the SENDO Project

Determinants of Poor Health‐Related Quality of Life in Patients With Food Allergy

Machine‐learning analysis of 502 well‐characterised food‐allergic patients was used to identify key determinants of poor FA‐HRQL, defined as FAQLQ ≥ 5. The most relevant predictors were adult age, female sex, multiple food allergies, severe reactions, need for urgent care, onset before 18 years, and longer disease duration.
