Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Experimental Study of Pre-Tensioned Polygonal Prestressed T-Beam Under Combined Loading Condition
In order to investigate the mechanical behavior of a novel pre-tensioned polygonal prestressed T-beam subject to combined bending, shear, and torsion, this study meticulously designed and fabricated a full-scale specimen with a calculated span of 28.28 m,

Innovative all composite multi-pultrusion truss system for stressed arch deployable shelters [PDF]
Trusses are one of the successful structural forms that have been utilised, at extended scale, since the nineteen century. Fibre composite materials are relatively new to civil engineering applications. The increased interest in using composites in civil

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Diagonally loaded SMI algorithm based on inverse matrix recursion
Abstract The derivation of a diagonally loaded sample-matrix inversion (LSMI) algorithm on the busis of inverse matrix recursion (i.e. LSMI-IMR algorithm) is conducted by reconstructing the recursive formulation of covariance matrix. For the new algorithm, diagonal loading is by setting initial inverse matrix without any addition of computation.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Analysis of a single-fold deployable truss beam preloaded by extension of selected face diagonal members [PDF]
A technique for preloading a deployable box truss beam by extension of one face diagonal per bay was studied to determine if it would result in uniform loading of truss joints without causing excessive truss deformations.
