Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

COMPARASION OF LUPIN MEAL BASED DIETS COST EFFICIENCY FOR JUVENILE Penaeus monodon TESTED UNDER POND CONDITIONS [PDF]
A comparison of the cost efficiency of the formulated diets for juvenile Penaeus monodon in which fish meal or fish meal and soybean meal mixture were substituted with lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) meal at different levels has been conducted and is ...

Is exposure to antibodies and fatty acids in mother’s milk associated with development of autism? Autism is a disease of unknown aetiology, but complex pathogenesis that seems to have become more common in recent decades. We suggest that efforts exploring the aetiology of autism should pay special attention to patterns of breast and artificial feeding ...

Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Metabolic effects of diets differing in glycaemic index depend on age and endogenous GIP [PDF]
Aims/hypothesis High- vs low-glycaemic index (GI) diets unfavourably affect body fat mass and metabolic markers in rodents. Different effects of these diets could be age-dependent, as well as mediated, in part, by carbohydrate-induced stimulation of ...

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.
