Robust Tracking Control of Underactuated UAVs Based on Zero-Sum Differential Games
This paper investigates the robust tracking control of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) against external time-varying disturbances. First, by introducing a virtual position controller, we innovatively decouple the UAV dynamics into independent position ...

An extremal control in differential games [PDF]
Let us consider a system $$\frac{{dx}}{{dt}} = f(t,x,u,v);x \in {R^{n}},u \in P \subset {R^{P}},v \in Q \subset {R^{q}}$$ (1) .

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

Essential Stability of Pareto Equilibrium for Two-Person Differential Games
This paper investigates two-player differential games governed by ordinary differential equations, whose Pareto equilibria constitute a dense residual subset of the game and for which every point of the Pareto equilibrium is essential.

Geometry‐driven thermal behavior in wire‐arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) influences microstructural evolution during nonequilibrium solidification of a chemically complex Fe–Cr–Nb–W–Mo–C nanocomposite system. By comparing different deposits configurations, distinct entropy–cooling rate correlations, segregation, and carbide evolution are revealed ...

Creating Ti–Fe α/β Alloys by Diffusion‐Driven Solid‐State Processing
This study proposes making alloys containing fast diffusing elements that are difficult to produce by ingot metallurgy, by diffusion‐driven solid‐state HIP processing of elemental powders and low‐temperature homogenisation. Here, novel Fe‐Ti α–β alloys are formed having fine α–β lamellae, a small β prior grain size without significant intermetallics ...

Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Thermal activation following this process led to the formation of tailored intermetallic structures, which provided the composite with enhanced flexural strength.
