Analysis of differential equations involving Caputo–Fabrizio fractional operator and its applications to reaction–diffusion equations

open access: yesAdvances in Differential Equations, 2019
This manuscript deals with fractional differential equations including Caputo–Fabrizio differential operator. The conditions for existence and uniqueness of solutions of fractional initial value problems is established using fixed point theorem and ...

Flow‐based immunomagnetic enrichment of circulating tumor cells from diagnostic leukapheresis product

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The number of circulating tumor cells obtained from prostate cancer patients was increased approximately 5‐fold compared to regular CellSearch when processing 2 mL diagnostic leukapheresis material aliquots and increased by 44‐fold when processing 20 mL DLA aliquots using the flow enrichment target capture Halbach‐array.

A comparative study of circulating tumor cell isolation and enumeration technologies in lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Lung cancer cells were spiked into donor blood to evaluate the recovery rates of the following circulating tumor cell (CTC) enrichment technologies: CellMag™, EasySep™, RosetteSep™, Parsortix® PR1, and Parsortix® Prototype systems. Each method's advantages and disadvantages are described.

Differential operator equations with interface conditions in modified direct sum spaces

open access: yes, 2016
We investigate a new type boundary value problem consisting of a differential-operator equation, eigendependent boundary conditions and two supplementary conditions so-called interface conditions. We give a characterisation of some spectral properties of

Constructive factorization of LPDO in two variables

open access: yes, 2005
We study conditions under which a partial differential operator of arbitrary order $n$ in two variables or ordinary linear differential operator admits a factorization with a first-order factor on the left.

KRAS and GNAS mutations in cell‐free DNA and in circulating epithelial cells in patients with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms—an observational pilot study

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that KRAS and GNAS mutations are more prevalent in patients with resected intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMN) compared to those under clinical surveillance. GNAS mutations significantly differ between the two patient cohorts, indicating that their absence may serve as a potential biomarker to support conservative ...

On the solvability of a fourth order operator differential equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2007
We establish sufficient conditions for the solvability of a fourth order operator differential equation. These conditions are expressed in terms of operator coefficients.

High order Fuchsian equations for the square lattice Ising model: $\chi^{(6)}$

open access: yes, 2009
This paper deals with $\tilde{\chi}^{(6)}$, the six-particle contribution to the magnetic susceptibility of the square lattice Ising model. We have generated, modulo a prime, series coefficients for $\tilde{\chi}^{(6)}$.

Combined spatially resolved metabolomics and spatial transcriptomics reveal the mechanism of RACK1‐mediated fatty acid synthesis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The authors analyzed the spatial distributions of gene and metabolite profiles in cervical cancer through spatial transcriptomic and spatially resolved metabolomic techniques. Pivotal genes and metabolites within these cases were then identified and validated.

On the reduction of the degree of linear differential operators

open access: yes, 2010
Let L be a linear differential operator with coefficients in some differential field k of characteristic zero with algebraically closed field of constants. Let k^a be the algebraic closure of k.
