Chalcones α-β-unsaturated ketones are found in large plant species. Synthesis of chalcones and its three analogues hydroxy group at 2′, 3′ and 4′ positions (2–4) was carried out.

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane

An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

Synthesis of yttrium aluminum garnet ceramic powder doped with ruthenium

In the course of the work, samples of ceramic powders of yttrium-aluminum garnet doped with ruthenium ions were obtained. The introduced amount of ruthenium was 5 and 10 wt.%, respectively. The annealing temperatures were 1150 and 1600°C.
