Structural and Compositional Effects on the Scintillation Properties of Fast Emitting Metal‐Organic Frameworks

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The crystalline structure, the atomic numbers of the constituent elementsand the size of MOF crystals each influence their photoluminescence and scintillation properties in distinct ways. Together, these factors provide valuable guidelines for designing systems with optimized performance and tunable timing characteristics, arising from the synergistic ...

Stretchable diffraction gratings for spectrometry

open access: yesOptics Express, 2007
We have investigated the possibility of using transparent stretchable diffraction gratings for spectrometric applications. The gratings were fabricated by replication of a triangular-groove master into a transparent viscoelastic. The sample length, and hence the spatial period, can be reversibly changed by mechanical stretching.

Breaking the Bottleneck in Limit of Detection of Surface Refractive Index Sensing by Harnessing Meta‐Waveguide Microring Resonators

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mode splitting in meta‐waveguide microring resonators (MWMRs) effectively suppresses baseline drift and measurement noise while maintaining high refractive‐index sensitivity. This reflection‐induced mode splitting strategy enables quantitative detection of ultra‐weak surface perturbations and establishes MWMRs as a robust, drift‐immune platform for ...

Laser‐Induced Periodic Phase‐Transition of 2D‐MoTe2 Nanograting Template for Frequency‐Shift Digital‐SERS Immunoassay of Autoimmune Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A protocol of fs‐laser‐induced periodic phase‐transition of 2D‐MoTe2 template, inducing AuNPs@1T’‐MoTe2 nanograting, is developed. The labeled AuNPs@1T’‐MoTe2 substrate conjugated with specialized immunoglobulin G demonstrates an unexpectedly high discrimination accuracy close to unity for serological diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis by frequency ...

On the problems of diffraction of electromagnetic waves by prefractal periodic gratings

open access: yesУчёные записки Казанского университета: Серия Физико-математические науки
This article examines the problems of diffraction of electromagnetic waves by periodic gratings composed of thin conductive strips (2D) or plates (3D) in cases where the strips and plates are prefractal sets.
