A short geostatistical study of the three-dimensional spatial structure of fumonisins in stored maize [PDF]
The heterogeneous three-dimensional spatial distribution of mycotoxins has proven to be one of the main limitations for the design of effective sampling protocols.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

N-Dimensional Principal Component Analysis
In this paper, we first briefly introduce the multidimensional Principal Component Analysis (PCA) techniques, and then amend our previous N-dimensional PCA (ND-PCA) scheme by introducing multidirectional decomposition into ND-PCA implementation.

Two dimensional barcode-inspired automatic analysis for arrayed microfluidic immunoassays
The usability of many high-throughput lab-on-a-chip devices in point-of-care applications is currently limited by the manual data acquisition and analysis process, which are labor intensive and time consuming.

Forecasting High-Dimensional Covariance Matrices Using High-Dimensional Principal Component Analysis
We modify the recently proposed forecasting model of high-dimensional covariance matrices (HDCM) of asset returns using high-dimensional principal component analysis (PCA).

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

AbstractDimensional analysis based on the principle of dimensional invariance allows the introduction of dimensionless numbers, like the famous Reynolds number, via the application of the Vaschy–Buckingham theorem. Dynamic similarity and self-similarity are described.
