A multilevel computational analysis of the disaccharide α‐Gal describes in detail its rigid conformational profile in solution, while multiscale hybrid (QM/MM) calculations, energy decomposition and analysis of non‐covalent interactions are used to probe the atomistic details of the binding of the disaccharide to the M86 antibody.
