Magnetostriction and disaccommodation in Fe85B15
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1996Abstract The average number of thermally activated ordering processes 〈N〉T as a function of temperature was determined on amorphous Fe85B15 ribbons, in as-cast and annealed states, using the structural model for the disaccommodation. For this purpose measurements of the saturation magnetostriction, disaccommodation and saturation magnetization were ...

The magnetic disaccommodation in aluminium ferrites
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1999Abstract The domain wall stabilization processes in aluminium substituted magnetite is investigated by means of disaccommodation techniques. The time evolution of the initial magnetic susceptibility after sample demagnetization is measured for polycrystalline specimens with nominal composition Al x Fe 3− x O 4 , 0⩽ x ⩽1, around room temperature ...

Mechanism of Disaccommodation in Ferrite
Journal of the Physical Society of Japan, 1962The time decrease of the magnetic permeability after demagnetization, so called disaccommodation, was observed for Ni–Zn ferrite, which had various degrees of oxidation. The effect of the existence of Fe 2+ ion in disaccommodation was detected. Fe 2+ facilitates the diffusion of cation and makes the disaccommodation rapid.

Mechanism of Disaccommodation in Ferrites
Journal of the Physical Society of Japan, 1962Theory and experimental techniques developed in the study of the uniaxial anisotropy in iron-cobalt ferrites have been applied to the disaccommodation phenomena in ferrites. The results have shown clearly and quantitatively that the underlying mechanisms are essentially the same in these two phenomena, i.e., process of reorientation of the ionic ...

Magnetic disaccommodation in Sn substituted magnetite
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 2001Abstract The relaxation of the initial magnetic permeability has been measured in polycrystalline Sn-doped magnetite with nominal composition Sn x Fe 3− x O 4 with x ranging from x =0 to 0.6. In the temperature range between 80 and 500 K, the time decay of the initial permeability after sample demagnetization has been represented by means of ...
