The Role of Intensive Insulin Therapy on Superoxide Dismutase (Sod), Tumor Necrosis Factor-? (Tnf-?), and Interleukin-6 (Il-6) on Hyperglycemia in Critically Ill Patients [PDF]
Hyperglycemia and insulin resistance are common in critically ill patientsin the ICU, although they have not previously had diabetes. It has been reportedthat pronounced hyperglycemia may lead to complications in such patients, andcause the reactive ...

The hypoxic transcription factor KlMga2 mediates the response to oxidative stress and influences longevity in the yeast Kluyveromyces lactis [PDF]
Hypoxia is defined as the decline of oxygen availability, depending on environmental supply and cellular consumption rate. The decrease in O2 results in reduction of available energy in facultative aerobes.

Here, we reported a series of molecular‐rotor‐based photoactivated oxidase mimics, DAPy‐Xm, in which heavy atom incorporation enhances both ROS generation and cold‐adapted property. Among them, DAPy‐Im enables efficient photo‐oxidation of ergosterol and photocatalytic H2O2 production at low temperature.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SUPLEMENTASI SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE (SOD) TERHADAP KADAR ALBUMIN SERUM PADA LANSIA [PDF]
Background: Levels of serum albumin can be used as a predictor of morbidity and mortality in the elderly. Reduced serum albumin concentration can be caused by oxidative modification due to aging or insufficient protein intake.
