Determination of ionization constants (PKA) of β-hydroxy-β-arylalkanoic acids using high-pressure liquid chromatography [PDF]
pKa values of five β-hydroxy-β-arylalkanoic acids and ibuprofen were determined using the RP-HPLC method. Stationary phase was octadecyl modified (C-18) silica gel, and mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and one of nine different buffers (60:40, v/v).

The design of intrinsically robust stretchable semiconducting polymers was achieved through OTBS‐mediated post‐functionalization of PDPP2T side chains with UPy units, generating dual hydrogen‐bonding motifs comprising weaker urethane linkages and strong quadruple UPy interactions along the long alkyl side chain, which is crucial for achieving desirable

Hydrogen ion acceptance by urea from hydrochloric and acetic acids: Altered dissociation constant of acetic acid [PDF]
774-778The interaction of urea with H+ ion of HCl and CH3COOH has been investigated by conductimetric and pH-metric methods. Urea significantly affects conductance and pH of HCl and CH3COOH; the effective dissociation constant of the latter is ...

A REVIEW ON VARIOUS ANALYTICAL METHODS USED IN DETERMINATION OF DISSOCIATION CONSTANT [PDF]
Determination of dissociation constant for a drug capable of ionization within a pH range of 1 to 10 is important since solubility and consequently absorption, can be altered by orders of magnitude with changing pH. The dissociation constant [pKa] value,

Charge Generation and Recombination Pathways in All‐Polymer Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells
Multimodal spectroscopy and device analysis reveal how field‐dependent charge generation, transport limitations, and non‐geminate recombination govern performance losses in all polymer solar cells. The results identify the key processes controlling charge extraction and recombination, providing insights for the design of more efficient all‐polymer ...
