Nonlinear distortion in current-feedback amplifiers

A systematic method to characterize the nonlinear distortion in current-feedback amplifiers is described in this paper. This technique is easy to apply and allows us to determine analytical expressions for 2nd and 5th coefficients of harmonic distortion for single stage amplifiers.
