Base promoted synthesis of novel indole-dithiocarbamate compounds as potential anti-inflammatory therapeutic agents for treatment of acute lung injury.

European journal of medicinal chemistry, 2019
An efficient protocol for highly chemoselective introduction of dithiocarbamate groups to nitrogen position of indoles with bis(dialkylaminethiocarbonyl)disulfides was achieved by employing t-BuOK as a promoter.

Coumarin-dithiocarbamate hybrids as novel multitarget AChE and MAO-B inhibitors against Alzheimer's disease: Design, synthesis and biological evaluation.

Bioorganic chemistry (Print), 2018
A series of new coumarin-dithiocarbamate hybrids were designed and synthesized as multitarget agents for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Most of them showed potent and clearly selective inhibition towards AChE and MAO-B.

Complexation reactions of dithiocarbamates

Talanta, 1967
The complexation reactions of various disubstituted dithiocarbamates are discussed. Special attention is paid to studies of composition and stability of various metal complexes. The conditions of complex formation in solution are treated in terms of side-reaction coefficients.

Isothiocyanatooxomolybdenum(V) dithiocarbamates

Transition Metal Chemistry, 1984
Isothiocyanatooxomolybdenum(V) complexes, [MoO-(NCS)(R2dtc)2] (R=ethyl or dibenzyl; R2=piperidinyl or 4-morpholinyl) have been prepared and characterized. The i.r. spectral bands at 2020 cm−1 are assigned tov(CN) which suggest that thiocyanate coordinates through nitrogen.

Five-coordinate organotitanium(IV) dithiocarbamates

Journal of Organometallic Chemistry, 1974
Monocyclopentadienyltitanium(III) halides, CpTiX2 (X = Cl or Br) are oxidized by thiuram disulphides, R2NC(S)SSC(S)NR2 [R = CH3, C2H5, n-C4H0 or R2 = —(CH2)5—] to monomeric dithiocarbamates, CpTi(S2CNR2)X2, which contain five-coordinate titanium.

Polyethylenimine and dithiocarbamate decorated melamine sponges for fast copper (II) ions removal from aqueous solution

Applications of Surface Science, 2018
Here a highly porous melamine sponge based matels absorbent (MF-PEI/CS2) possessing abundent imine and dithiocarbamate groups was prepared via a simple two-step process including crosslinking reaction with polyethylenimine (PEI) under the assistance of ...

Some diorganotin dithiocarbamates

Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1978
Abstract Some new diorganotin dithiocarbamates of the formula R 2 Sn(dtc) 2 , (R = phenyl, benzyl, methyl, butyl, dtc. = dibutyl, diethyl, morpholine-, phenyl-, dimethyl- and piperidine dithiocarbamates) are described. The analytical, conductance, dipole moment, IR, proton magnetic resonance and electronic spectra data suggest an ester type structure

Interaction of Yarrowia lipolytica lipase with dithiocarbamate modified magnetic carbon Fe3O4@C-NHCS2H core-shell nanoparticles.

International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, 2018
Fe3O4@C core-shell nanoparticles were modified by (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) to generate amine functionality in the surface. Then, the amine functional groups were converted to dithiocarbamate via post-modification with carbon disulfide. This
