Supramolecular association in (μ2-pyrazine)-tetrakis(N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)dithiocarbamato)dizinc(II) and its di-dioxane solvate [PDF]
The crystal and molecular structures of {Zn[S2CN(CH2CH2OH)2]2}2(pyrazine), (1), and its di-dioxane solvate, (2), are described. In each of these, the centrosymmetric, binuclear molecule features a five-coordinated, highly distorted square-pyramidal ...

A risk classification of registered pesticides in Brazil was conducted, and the contribution of food to cumulative pesticide exposure was evaluated. Model diets were proposed, based on Brazilian consumption patterns. Abstract BACKGROUND Pesticide residue exposure assessments can be carried out during both the pre‐regulation and post‐regulation phases ...

Practical Synthesis of Aromatic Dithiocarbamates [PDF]
Oxidation-sensitive N,N-diaryl dithiocarbamates (DTCs) are synthesized in good yields by the generation of metal amide salts from N-benzoyl precursors, followed by addition of CS2. para-Substituted diphenylamines are prepared by electrophilic aromatic substitution of diphenylbenzamide and saponification. Deacylation of electron-rich species such as bis(

Isothiazolinones in Disposable Rubber Gloves—Results of Chemical Analysis
Chemical analysis revealed benzisothiazolinone (BIT) in 30/54 disposable rubber gloves (27 nitrile rubber gloves, 2 neoprene rubber gloves and 1 natural rubber glove) in concentrations of 0.3–73.7 ppm. Methylisothiazolinone (MI) was found in six nitrile rubber gloves in small concentrations.
