DNA barcoding ofCryptosporidium
SUMMARYCryptosporidiumspp. (Apicomplexa) causing cryptosporidiosis are of medical and veterinary significance. The genusCryptosporidiumhas benefited from the application of what is considered a DNA-barcoding approach, even before the term ‘DNA barcoding’ was formally coined.

Tumor‐Infiltrating mregDCs Restrain Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Early Relapse HCC
Tumor‐infiltrating mregDCs are regulated by the TNFR2‐non‐canonical NF‐κB axis, which is mediated by TNF‐α secreted by CD161+CD8+ T cells. These mregDCs recruit CD161+CD8+ T cells via the CCL20‐CCR6 axis, forming a positive feedback loop that enhances immunosuppression, promotes early recurrence of HCC, and further confirms TNFR2 as a key therapeutic ...

DNA Origami Barcodes for Immunostaining
In histology, immunostaining of biological samples is a gold standard for studying cellular processes, such as the expression of cell surface markers or the cellular uptake of proteins and drug molecules. Immuno-gold labeling is a commonly used technique to achieve nanometer spatial resolution, but simultaneous visualization of multiple antigens in ...

We developed the ASCAL pipeline, integrating complementary spatial transcriptomics, to construct a high‐fidelity mouse whole‐eye single‐cell atlas. Applying ASCAL to a retinal artery occlusion (RAO) model revealed spatially restricted immune activation localized to the ganglion cell layer and the selective depletion of a translationally active, outer ...

We screened 558 reverse transcriptases and engineered an optimized rat endogenous retrovirus‐derived variant, enRERV‐RT, via structure‐guided engineering and deep mutational scanning. This enhanced prime editor, based on the engineered RT, outperforms conventional M‐MLV‐RT systems across plant and animal cells, particularly at hard‐to‐edit loci ...

Exosomal miR‐146a‐5p is identified as a pivotal regulator in steroid‐induced osteonecrosis. Its reduction activates NF‐κB signaling, compromises mitophagy, and disrupts mitochondrial bioenergetics, resulting in autophagic disequilibrium. Engineered exosomes delivering miR‐146a‐5p reinstate mitochondrial function, augment oxidative phosphorylation and ...

Resistant Peanut Genotype Reprograms Rhizosphere Metabolism to Enhance Bacterial Wilt Suppression
The resistant peanut genotype selectively recruits beneficial bacteria, which coincides with the activation of salicylic acid (SA)‐dependent systemic acquired resistance (SAR) against Ralstonia solanacearum. Keystone rhizosphere metabolites are positively correlated with both beneficial microbiome assembly and SAR gene expression.
