DNA sequence encodes the position of DNA supercoils
The three-dimensional organization of DNA is increasingly understood to play a decisive role in vital cellular processes. Many studies focus on the role of DNA-packaging proteins, crowding, and confinement in arranging chromatin, but structural information might also be directly encoded in bare DNA itself.

Conserved binding mode but diverse interfaces of MreC‐PBP2 interactions
The crystal structure of abMreC reveals a conserved two β‐barrel architecture and provides structural insights into its role within the bacterial elongasome. The abMreC–abPBP2 complex model identifies the molecular basis of MreC‐mediated PBP2 recognition, contributing to the regulation of peptidoglycan synthesis.

Color image encryption algorithm based on chaotic mapping and DNA encoding
A color image encryption method combining deoxyribonucleic(DNA) encoding and hyperchaotic mapping is proposed to solve the problems of simple structure, low complexit and low security of the existing encryption system for low-dimensional chaotic mapping ...

DNA-Encoded Protein Janus Nanoparticles*
Asymmetric functionality and directional interactions, which are characteristic of noncentrosymmetric particles, such as Janus particles, present an opportunity to encode particles with properties, but also a great synthetic challenge. Here, we exploit the chemical anisotropy of proteins, and the versatile chemistry of DNA to synthesize a protein-based

Structure‐forward targeting of claudins with synthetic binders
Claudins form the paracellular barriers between epithelial and endothelial tissues at tight junctions and are targets for molecular binders with the goal of modulating barrier permeability. Claudin‐binding molecules are relevant in drug delivery or in altering claudin interactions with disease‐causing proteins.
