Exposure to 305 nm PP NPs significantly disrupts the airway barrier‐on‐chip, reducing TEER, suppressing ZO‐1/ACE2 expression, and triggering ROS‐mediated apoptosis. In biological media, PP NPs exhibit a biphasic adsorption pattern, leading to the formation of a protein corona that increases their size to 364 nm.

ABSTRACT Allergic diseases arise from aberrant immune recognition of otherwise harmless environmental proteins and are driven by epitope‐specific interactions between allergens and the adaptive immune system. Although component‐resolved diagnostics have improved molecular characterisation of sensitization, they remain limited to whole‐allergen ...

A Novel Blood‐Based Screening Test for Colorectal Cancer Using Raman Spectroscopy
ABSTRACT Background Label‐free vibrational spectroscopic techniques (Raman spectroscopy) combined with machine learning (ML) methodologies have huge potential for the development of screening and diagnostic tests in oncology. Traditionally, screening for colorectal cancer (CRC) has relied on immunochemical faecal occult blood (iFOBT) testing; however ...

GBASCs are MMRp tumours, exhibiting minimal HER2 overexpression and elevated PD‐L1 expression compared to adenocarcinomas. Especially in metastatic and TP53‐wild type tumours, GBASCs can express CLDN18, albeit limited to the glandular component. Their genomic profile resembles that of adenocarcinomas with an enrichment in alterations on PIK3CA, PTEN ...
