Endocytic Control of Cell‐Autonomous and Non‐Cell‐Autonomous Functions of p53
NUMB Ex3‐containing isoforms localize to the plasma membrane, where they recruit p53 through SNX9 and direct it to multivesicular bodies and exosomes. Exported p53 is taken up by neighboring cells and activates nuclear programs, revealing an intercellular, exosome‐based pathway that might help establish a tumor‐suppressive microenvironment.

A multi-approach study of the performance of dairy donkey during lactation: preliminary results
Donkey milk is known for some nutritional and nutraceutical peculiarities compared to the milks traditionally used for human nutrition. Moreover although the number of studies on donkey milk production has increased the asinine species still remains ...

Promotion of DFU Wound Healing via BRG1–COL16A1 Axis in Fibroblasts
In normal wound healing, transcription factor BRG1 is upregulated and binds the COL16A1 promoter to enhance its expression, promoting fibroblast proliferation, migration, contraction, extracellular matrix deposition, and granulation tissue formation, thus accelerating wound closure.

Donor‐derived tdTomato+ mature hepatocytes were FACS‐isolated and transplanted into Fah−/− host mice. During regeneration, these cells convert into proliferative, unipotent Afp+ rHeps. Their plasticity is governed by a PPARγ/AFP‐dependent metabolic switch, segregating into pro‐proliferative Afplow and pro‐survival Afphigh subpopulations.

Contextual fear conditioning induces BNIP3L‐dependent mitochondrial fission in glutamatergic neurons of the BLA, independently of mitophagy. Loss of BNIP3L elevates Drp1Ser637 phosphorylation, thereby suppressing mitochondrial fission, compromising ATP production, and attenuating excitatory synaptic transmission.

Insights into the microbiota of raw milk from seven breeds animals distributing in Xinjiang China
Owing to its high nutritional content, raw milk contains a rich microbiota. Thus, to study microorganisms present in raw milk available in Xinjiang China, 142 raw milk samples from seven animal breeds (cow, sheep, goat, donkey, horse, camel, and yak) and

Cortical Somatostatin Neurons Regulate Seizure Susceptibility via MINAR1/Gαs–cAMP Signaling
Our study identifies MINAR1 as a novel regulator of cortical interneuron excitability and seizure susceptibility. MINAR1 is preferentially expressed in SST+ interneurons. Genetic ablation of MINAR1 leads to seizure hypersensitivity, reduced SST+ neuron excitability, and impaired Gαs–cAMP signaling, disrupting the E/I balance.

Voices from the Source: Struggles with Local Water Security in Ethiopia [PDF]
This report explores local water security in two different sites in Ethiopia, Shinile and Konso. This issue cannot be reduced to a single diagnostic such as measures of water use or presence of an improved source.
