S‐ketamine Alleviates Neuroinflammation and Attenuates Lipopolysaccharide‐Induced Depression Via Targeting SIRT2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
S‐ketamine binds directly to SIRT2, facilitating its interaction with NF‐κB p65. This interaction reduces the acetylation of NF‐κB p65 and inhibits its activation, thereby exerting anti‐inflammatory and antidepressant effects. Created by BioRender.

Communications Among Neurocytes in Parkinson's Disease Regulated by Differential Metabolism and Blood‐Brain Barrier Traversing of Chiral Gold Cluster‐MOF Integrated Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study have loaded chiral gold nanoclusters onto the inner and outer surfaces of ZIF and uncovers the biodistribution, metabolic variances, and therapeutic mechanism of chiral nanoparticles, providing deep insights into the nanobiological effects of chiral anti‐inflammatory nanomedicines in PD therapy for future clinical transformation.

Dopamine internalization via Uptake2 and stimulation of intracellular D5-receptor-dependent calcium mobilization and CDP-diacylglycerol signaling

open access: yesFrontiers in Pharmacology
Dopamine stimulates CDP-diacylglycerol biosynthesis through D1-like receptors, particularly the D5 subtype most of which is intracellularly localized.

Advanced Research on Dopamine Signaling to Develop Drugs for the Treatment of Mental Disorders: Proteins Interacting With the Third Cytoplasmic Loop of Dopamine D2 and D3 Receptors

open access: yesJournal of Pharmacological Sciences, 2010
Among the various dopamine receptors, D2-like receptors (D2R, D3R, and D4R) are characterized by a large third cytoplasmic loop, a short carboxyl-terminal tail, and the ability to activate inhibitory G proteins.
